Personnel Department

The City of Orange Personnel Department is located at Orange City Hall, 803 W. Green Avenue. You can reach the Personnel Department by calling Linda Spell at 883-1030, or Email to lspell@orangetexas.net.

The Personnel Department is responsible for the coordination of all job openings within the City. Any job offerings are usually posted through the Internet, Local Newspapers, Local Government Channel (Channel 4) and physical copies of job notices are posted in the Lobby of City Hall, 803 W. Green Avenue.

The Personnel Division is also responsible for the retirement and medical insurance benefits of the City.
