City Council

The City Council is the legislative and governing body of the City of Orange. The City Council enacts local legislation, adopts budgets, determines policies and appoints the City Manager. All of the powers of the City Council are exercised as prescribed by the Charter of the City of Orange, the Texas State Constitution  and the Statutes of the State of Texas.
